Responsibilities: Oversee, record and maintain proper bookkeeping. Prepare tax reporting forms in accordance with the legislation of Cyprus. Prepare detailed reports and analytical materials for the shareholders, proposals for tax optimization. Support of reorganizations and restructurings. Assist with external audit. Communication with Cyprus authorities on all matters (excluding stock exchange and securities matters). Maintenance of the office, acquisition of necessary goods and services. Making requests to legal department on legal matters and analyzing results. Hiring, controlling external consultants when necessary and assessing the results. Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent. Requirements: 8+ years of experience at investment companies, financial organizations, family offices in relevant field. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax and audit matters within investment management. Strong leadership and team-building experience. Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian and Greek is considered an advantage. Experience in real estate investments is considered an advantage.
