Обязанности:
We are seeking a Russian Server Monitoring Agent (Night Shift) for our mobile games. It is a remote position, working hours are between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3). Job Responsibilities： 1. Monitoring different game servers between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3) by utilizing various tools; 2. Noticing supervisors as soon as possible in case of abnormal situations like server issues or a sudden drop in the number of players; 3. Filling reports that demonstrate hourly and daily server & ticket numbers; 4. Proactively obtain information through social media and other channels in case of an unexpected problem; 5. Talking with players through various channels to obtain detailed information if necessary; 6. Attending online weekly meetings. Job Requirements： 1. Have good written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English; 2. Love games, like to communicate with users, understand player's psychology and habits; 3. Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously; 4. Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills; 5. Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn; 6. Availability to work off-hours is needed; 7. Pleasant personality, good teamwork, and stress tolerance; 8.
