SPA Hotel Jägala Juga is Hiring a Sales Assistant! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join the team at SPA Hotel Jägala Juga. This is a remote position offering the opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment. Job Details: Position: full-time (flexible schedule); Location: Remote; Opportunities for professional development and growth. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in sales; Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian; Fluency in Estonian (preferred); Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel; Exceptional attention to detail; Strong sense of initiative and responsibility; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Handling guest communication, including responding to inquiries and ensuring all details are clarified; Managing Google calendars for bookings, payments, and scheduling steam masters; Proactively upselling services before bookings, and conducting sales calls to both new and returning clients (including castdev calls) .
