We’re searching for SMM Manager in our international marketing team. What you will do: Develop, implement and manage the brand’s social media strategy for company’s profiles Create and execute social media ad campaigns to support business and marketing goals Manage content calendar for social media accounts and ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing initiatives Participate in the reporting, goal setting and benchmarking for social channels Manage content calendars across multiple platforms (TikTok, Telegram, etc.) Analyze the performance of brand’s accounts Knowledge of social media tools (LiveDune, Popsters, YouScan, RivalIQ, etc.) Trendwatching and marketing research Manage reactive social content and UGC Manage the team of designers and copywriters Work closely with the SMM community within the company What we expect: English (Advanced) 2+ years of experience in social media marketing Excellent communication skills Expert knowledge of Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc. Experience setting and managing KPIs Experience with community management and social listening Experience executing paid digital ad campaigns Ability to manage multiple digital campaigns and channels with specific audience segments Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management and departments Must be data-driven, able to prioritize multiple projects and manage internal deadlines Advantages: Experience with creating viral Reels, TikToks, Shorts Experience in working in SMM agencies Experience in project management Skills in research, interviewing, copywriting and editing, photo/video production is a plus What we offer: opportunity to work on international markets and diverse business environments support for professional growth through seminars, courses, trainings, and internal development programs competitive and transparent salary with official employment access to VMI (Voluntary Medical Insurance) coverage for dental services within the first two weeks of employment, extended to include spouse and children flexible start and end times for the working day, promoting work-life balance provision of paid delicious lunches and access to coffee points within the office premises partial reimbursement for sports and wellness activities, such as gym memberships, yoga classes, swimming pool access, etc., as well as the opportunity to engage in sessions with a psychologist (after probation period) hybrid work format: 2 days a week at the office, 3 days remotelyПохожие вакансии
