Partner development Responsible for creating a development strategy for designated regions; Identifying and removing barriers that prevent partner growth; Preparing analytics, merchandise, and utilizing other tools for partner development; Implementing KPIs based on the growth of the assigned partner base; Organizing and conducting meetings with partners; Ensuring a high level of service provided to assigned partners, including analyzing service issues and finding solutions; Conducting business trips to regions Team management Mentoring department employees; Coordinating and maintaining assigned regions; Building and managing processes for interaction, control, and target setting; Timely resolution of issues and challenges; Performance management: setting goals, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, motivating, and implementing performance improvement plans, etc.; Reporting on key activities, metrics, and projects; Participating in hiring, onboarding, and training the team; People management: conducting team meetings, one-on-ones, managing discipline, time management, setting KPIs, etc.; Process improvement: analyzing current processes, implementing improvements, and reviewing regional best practices; Corporate culture: promoting the company’s core values, cascading the company mission and key goals to the team, and fostering understanding and respect for regional specificities. Development of the partner program of the region Interacting with marketing to improve the affiliate program; Analyzing competitors for product improvement; Structuring and providing feedback on partners. Process improvement Analyzing and initiating improvements in work processes that impact partner satisfaction with our services and products; Implementing process changes and providing feedback on them. Corporate culture: Promoting corporate culture within the team (company values); Fostering understanding and respect for regional specifics, including mentality, culture, and religion. What we expect: Fluency in English; At least 3 years of sales experience, including active customer acquisition and retention; Experience in B2B2C, particularly in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services, is an advantage; Understanding of regional specifics is a plus; Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, data-driven approach, and analytical mindset; Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
