Respond to client inquiries via: Live Chat, Tickets (emails) Responsibilities: Respond to customers’ concerns, issues and questions. Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ inquiries. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary. Prepare product FAQ / Guide HC maintenance and update customer files by gathering data collected during customer interactions. Work with CRM systems - Zendesk, Crowdin, Jira, Confluence, etc. What we are looking for from you: - you love people and troubleshooting; you can express your thoughts in an accessible and simple way; you speak English fluently; you handle stress well; you are responsible and like working in a team. Experience working in customer care will be a great plus!
