We are in search of an experienced, responsible and proactive Operation manager. Responsibilities: Ensuring the building is maintained, improved, and managed, and that vendor partnerships are managed. ● Classical Project Management of adaptation works ● Negotiations with Vendors, management, acceptance, cataloging of drawings● Budget management ● Technical staff managementVenue: make sure DR as a performance venue and cultural institution presented to audience according to artistic director’s expectationsmA Residency: Ensuring employees, artists are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs: utilities, heating, electricity, water, internet accessProcesses: Setting up and improving processes that facilitateeveryday operations — from maintenance requests to room reservations:● Access control.
