This vacancy requires relocation to Serbia. You will work on developing the company’s product: conduct exploratory analysis — put - forward hypotheses, select metrics, and conduct research and experiments necessary for implementing product changes. develop regular reporting tools: customer scoring and operational reports on the effectiveness of different areas. identify patterns of use of the system and growth opportunities. design, run, and analyze A/B-test results. develop tools for marketing analytics: build acquisition funnels and segment users; combine web analytics and internal storage data to evaluate marketing effectiveness; perform cohort analysis. collect requirements and present complex research results in an accessible language that is understandable to business. Requirements: you know SQL well and have working experience with modern analytics platforms, preferably Tableau, but Power BI or Qlik is also possible. you have experience with version control systems, preferably Git. you know Python — you can get and process data, conduct analytics in Jupyter, and visualize results using popular libraries. you have sufficient knowledge of mathematical statistics to design and interpret A/B tests. you have at least two years of experience in product or marketing analytics. Nice to have: Experience using simple ML models (linear, decision trees). Experience in creating simple Airflow DAGs. Experience in writing technical specifications for Data Engineers.
