Обязанности:
OGS Russia is seeking an experienced developer to lead our team in the development of online slot machine games. Your primary responsibilities will include: Overseeing the development process. Delegating tasks to team members. Providing support to the team. Working on the optimization of existing projects. This role involves close collaboration with the system architect, who will be responsible for making architectural and technical decisions, ensuring you have strong guidance and support in critical areas of development. You will be part of an international, accredited IT-company where communication is carried out in both Russian and English.Key Responsibilities: Manage the game development process and delegate tasks to team members. Iteratively improve the development process. Support projects in production, including performance and cross-platform optimizations. Oversee the preparation and ensure compliance with technical requirements for assets provided by the design team. Collaborate with all departments to implement game features and ensure they align with architectural decisions. Prioritize tasks and resolve unforeseen issues without overtime or "firefighting". Requirements: Fluent English for communication with the international team. Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Experience with game engines. Basic knowledge of WebGL, HTML, and CSS. Experience with task management systems. Experience working with projects with a large codebase. Understanding of cross-platform game development and optimization. Familiarity with version control systems. Understanding of CI/CD principles. Ability to build strong, productive relationships with all coworkers while respecting and adapting to established internal company processes. Nice to Have: Familiarity with the company's tech stack. Experience in the gaming industry, especially with slot machines. Proficiency in React and experience in UI/UX design. Our Tech Stack Includes: TypeScript as the primary programming language.
