We are expanding our Country Management team and invite you to join our product customer research. Responsibilities: Analysis of competitive affiliate offers in region. Development and refinement of existing affiliate offers. Search for and attract new partners and high-quality traffic (arbitration, networks, agencies, etc.). Experience in management and team building. Understanding of partner prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management. Processing the existing partner base, conducting business negotiations with affiliates, resolving possible conflict situations and establishing partner support processes. Systematic monitoring of traffic indicators, stimulating its growth. Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating of traffic efficiency and partner profitability, reporting on indicators. Requirements: Understanding the specifics of RevShare, CPA, Hybrid approaches to working with partners, types of traffic, affiliate tools. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate campaign results and make decisions based on the data obtained. Desirable skills (as an advantage) Experience in developing and managing successful affiliate programs. Foreign languages (mandatory / preferable) + proficiency English not lower than B2, French and Haitian creol as native Conditions: Schedule 5/2, (8 hour shift) Registration according to the Labor Code Comfortable workplace in an open space office Young and qualified team No dress code Free corporate lunches Paid leave
