International Italian hotel chain is seeking an experienced General Manager for Domina management property, located in Russia. Responsibilities: Develops and implements operational policies and procedures. Together with the heads of departments, establishes the daily operational work of the hotel Carries out and controls the rational use of material and financial resources of the Company Develops and implements a business plan, operating budget and cash flow budget annually Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. Provides the strategic positioning of the hotel on the market and the creation of its positive reputation and popularity. Develops systems of employee’s motivation and disciplinary responsibility analyzes the effectiveness of the systems and implements their improvement. Ensures compliance with internal documents and corporate culture principles. Leading and managing the team to deliver annual targets and brand vision Recruit, interview and train team members Ensure guest and team member satisfaction Hold regular meetings with the HOD team Make time to interact with guests, solicit feedback and build relationships Availability to travel according to business needs Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in hospitality, economics/finance or marketing Experience in the position of General Manager of full service property from 3 years Fluent English in addition to native Russian is a must Knowledge of fundamentals of budgeting, financial and economic planning of the company in accordance with USALI standards Effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills Ability to inspire and motivate the team Proficiency in hotel management systems and advanced proficiency in Excel Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late hours.
