The lawyer in the international Company

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team as a sole internal legal specialist. Our international Company is represented in several EU countries where we have external legal partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of documents in the field of operating activity, real estate transactions, providing legal advice to internal clients, and representing the Company in all the legal matters. This position requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of law.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Duties and Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and legal expertise of documents (contracts, agreements, claims, corporate documents, etc.), ensuring that these documents comply with applicable laws and protect the Group's rights and interests. Corporate work (organizing the necessary meetings, signing founders' resolutions, updating information in registers, responding to inquiries from government agencies, etc.). Participation in due diligence, risk analysis, conducting real estate and business purchase and sale transactions. Development and implementation of strategies to protect the Group’s interests in real estate transactions, in corporate Group’s structure and other matters. Coordination of external legal companies work in different countries, task setting, control and checking of results. Representation of the Group in court proceedings, negotiations and other legal proceedings in cooperation with local legal advisors. Monitoring and advice on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, monitor changes in laws and regulations. Requirements and Qualifications At least Bachelor’s degree in law (essential), preferably in international law. 5+ years of experience in law, preferably in international companies (investment companies, consulting companies, family offices). Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents. Ability to work independently. Strong analytical and research skills. Stress resistance and strong communication skills. Professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion. English: minimum B2, strong knowledge of legal vocabularyRussian: fluent or native. Working conditions Schedule 5/2 in the office (different locations are possible). Hybrid format after the probationary period. Individual working conditions will be discussed with the successful candidate according to his expectations.
