Responsibilities: Job Posting and Sourcing: Help us spread the word about our job openings by preparing and publishing job postings on various platforms. Use your creative skills to source candidates from multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screening and Interview Scheduling: Review resumes and schedule interviews with qualified candidates to help us find the best fit for our team. Team and Office Support: Participate in fun office activities and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Employee Onboarding and Adaptation: Assist in making our new employees feel welcome by supporting our existing onboarding processes, including welcome meetings and onboarding procedures. Corporate Events and HR Projects: Help us plan and execute corporate events and support HR projects as needed. Additional Tasks: Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects as assigned by CEO. Requirements: Experience: Hiring experience in gamedev or a strong passion for games. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability: The ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Motivation: An active approach to work and a motivation to drive initiatives to completion. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using corporate messaging platforms, task trackers, and office software.
