Requirements: Experience in managing a development team of 2 year or more; Experience in commercial development on GO from 4 years; Experience in developing highly loaded applications; English level from B2; Deep understanding of synchronization mechanisms; Knowledge of Linux; Experience with message brokers; Experience with OpenAPI, Protobuf and GRPC; Experience writing unit tests and integration tests; Knowledge of SQL; Experience with CI/CD.
