Responsibilities: Fully automate releases; Create and maintain a diverse testing environment; Oversee day-to-day operations, performance evaluation and continuous improvement of the quality team; Prototyping new tools, libraries and approaches; Develop testing infrastructure, delivery pipelines and automated tests; Hiring and managing the team. Requirements: From 7 years of test automation experience in Java, Typescript or Kotlin; From 2 years of experience in a QA / SDET Lead role with 3+ direct reports; Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies, strategies and processes; Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines; Experience with microservices, orchestration, message streaming (Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, NATS) as a plus; Knowledge of English at least B2.
