We are expanding our Country Management team and invite you to join us.Responsibilities: Analysis of competitive affiliate offers in various regions. Development and refinement of existing affiliate offers. Search for and attract new partners and high-quality traffic (arbitration, networks, agencies, etc.). Experience in management and team building. Understanding of partner prospecting, onboarding, and relationship management. Processing the existing partner base, conducting business negotiations with affiliates, resolving possible conflict situations and establishing partner support processes. Systematic monitoring of traffic indicators, stimulating its growth. Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating of traffic efficiency and partner profitability, reporting on indicators. Requirements: Experience in digital/Affiliate Marketing from 3 years. Experience in developing and managing successful affiliate programs. Understanding the specifics of RevShare, CPA, Hybrid approaches to working with partners, types of traffic, affiliate tools. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, evaluate campaign results and make decisions based on the data obtained. Proficiency in English not lower than B2. Proficiency in French or Arabic will be an advantage. Conditions: Schedule 5-day work week. Comfortable workplace in an open space office. Young and qualified team. No dress code.
