Responsibilities: Structuring current processes in the affiliate direction. Developing and implementing strategies to attract new partners. Interaction with partners at all stages of cooperation. KPI performance control and campaign effectiveness analysis. Building a team (if necessary). Requirements: Proven experience in affiliate or digital marketing with a focus on results-based campaigns. Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize. Results-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns. Excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to embrace change.
