What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs. As a Sales Representative: Identify and seize sales opportunities to promote our products or services. Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. What Makes You Shine: Fluent in English (mandatory) & Russian (mandatory). Familiarity with software like Ziwo and popular CRMs is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
