Your Tasks Talent acquisition, sourcing and approaching passive candidates; Creating the pipeline of candidates for the hiring managers; Administrative processing of candidates in HEM applicant database and supporting the recruiting process with candidate correspondence; Conducting first screenings and telephone interviews and scheduling of further interview appointments; Take the lead for special projects; Supporting on-boarding procedures; Direct search of candidates on professional networking sites; Provide KPI updates. Our Requirements You are excellent (C1+) in French and good (B2+) in English; Experience in international recruiting, preferably in the IT environment; Good knowledge of MS Excel, general analytical skills; Great communication skills with a good networking relationship-building talent; Enthusiasm and friendly attitude.
