Обязанности:

DaaS combines hardware, software, lifecycle services and financing into a single contract with a fee per device. Your Task As Service Desk Agent you will need to work on international IT projects together with Service Delivery Managers and complete various tasks: Follow the onboarding of new internal and external technicians; Plan and follow the technicians' interventions; Assign tickets to technicians via Client’s/our tools; Monitor ticket health with progress and SLA tools; Ensure that technicians have the necessary access to enter the customer site and follow the training imposed by our customer; Inform users of the appointment and potential delays while respecting the contractual deadlines; Prepare weekly meetings by project; You will also be required to respond to urgent requests for schedule changes, updating missing information, etc. Our requirements: Good command of French (C1+) and English (B2+); You are at ease on the phone; You have a sense of customer service; Strong attention to detail, ability to work with data and analytics; Ability to meet deadlines in agile and rapid-paced environment; Ability to work full-time; Being energetic and team-minded.
