MICRO TERRA is a dynamically developing company of young professionals. The company purchases electronics in bulk from Chinese suppliers. Then we wholesale industrial computers and displays (industrial electronics). We also develop and produce exclusive products under our own brand for the needs of Russian Railways, the military-industrial complex and other consumers of the electronics industry. That’s why the Assistant vacancy has opened in the purchasing department (previously there was no such position in the company). We are ready to be your first employer and teach you the specifics of working in the purchasing department. As for the duties, everything is very simple. The complete ideal functionality is described here, though we will introduce you to the position step by step and will start with the simple tasks adding more complex tasks. * Work with foreign (95%) and domestic (5%) suppliers. * Daily correspondence with suppliers in English * Receiving and processing requests from the Sales department * Implementation of purchases from suppliers and manufacturers * Request for quotas, analysis of supplier proposals based on a set of criteria and conditions * Monitoring the fulfillment of order deadlines and shipment from the supplier * Control of mutual settlements with suppliers * Cross-functional interaction with company departments * Conducting analytics of the work done, conclusions and proposals for optimizing processes, preparing internal reporting on work * Request for quotas, analysis of supplier proposals based on a set of criteria and conditions * Negotiating to improve credit and financial conditions with existing suppliers * Searching and building relationships with new foreign suppliers * Entering information into the corporate information base about the order status * Working with the existing base of foreign suppliers * Claims handling with suppliers, working with suppliers to resolve issues related to the supply of low-quality goods * Inserting in 1C program commercial proposals from suppliers and incoming documents from suppliers Our basic requirements are minimal: * Higher education (students who are willing to work Monday - Friday 8 hours per day in the office is OK too) * English - Intermediate * Learning ability, diligence, attentiveness, friendliness * Desire to grow and develop professionally in the purchasing and logistics department Our additional requirements that we ideally are looking for. Compliance with all points above is required, everything below is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement. * Experience in purchasing department * Experience in negotiating with foreign suppliers and manufacturers * Knowledge of 1C program * Understanding the specifics of bilingual contracts, the connection of the agreed terms with the requirements of INCOTERMS * Knowledge of INCOTERMS delivery conditions * Knowledge of the structure and principles of drawing up foreign trade contracts * Additional knowledge of Chinese is an advantage Conditions: * Salary from 70,000 rubles (discussible, the final salary depends on whether you have experience in purchasing or not) * Work schedule: 5/2 for 8 hours (flexible start of the working day - negotiable) * Place of work: beautiful and spacious office: Moskovskoe shosse, 46, lit. B, Business center "M46" (metro station Zvezdnaya); * Official registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, paid benefits and vacations; * 13th salary * Accompaniment by a mentor/full induction during the probationary period.
