We are looking for a Support Specialist who will be assisting our players at our flagship Westland Survival and brand new project: Amikin Survival. Help us build a loyal community and make our game better with your involvement and kindness. Become a part of a professional team that is eager to help you learn and grow! RESPONSIBILITIES: — Provide friendly, fast, and qualified support to our players in Zendesk.— Answer to our players' reviews in stores, providing assistance if needed.— Investigate and resolve game inquiries and issues. — Report player feedback and suggestions to the development team.— Develop player guides, FAQs, and tutorials.SKILLS REQUIRED: — Fluency in English — Upper-Intermediate level (B2) and above (written).— Knowledge of any other language (German, Spanish, Chinese etc.) is a plus — Excellent verbal and written communication skills.— Warm-hearted, empathetic, and patient. If you like helping others, you are the person we are looking for :) — Experienced player.
