Responsibilities: Processing incoming user requests (chat rooms, letters, instant messengers); Working with payments; Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients; Resolve customer requests effectively by providing up-to-date information; Carrying out KYC. Requirements: Experience with CRM (LiveChat, HelpDesk, etc.); At least 1 year of experience as a customer service agent (preferably in the gambling industry); Good knowledge of English or German (sufficient for correspondence); Customer-oriented thinking; Stress resistance.
