HUB SHIPPING is a global transport organization with headquarters in Dubai (UAE). HUB SHIPPING is engaged in shipping and multimodal transport. HUB SHIPPING is opening a position of Lawyer based in St-Petersburg reporting to Russia Manager-Legal and Global Chief Legal Officer in HQ. Provision of comprehensive legal support to a logistics and forwarding business. Provision of legal support on special and strategical growth projects, support to other departments and teams in practical arrangement of corresponding legal processes. Main responsibilities: Direct participation in planning and legal support of: full specter of company’s new and existing logistics products, development and implementation of new products (as per newly introduced strategy of company to provide end-to-end logistics solutions), special company’s projects (outside of core maritime shipping business), strategic partnerships and joint ventures with commercial companies and state bodies; Represent interests of the Company in the court, arbitration court, and in state and public organizations at discussion of legal issues; Direct representation of company’s interests towards state bodies and controlling authorities, including participation in legislation activity through participation in roundtables and provision of official comments on legal initiatives; Organize reliable and expert circulation of contractual documentation of the Company; Development and implementation of new forms of contracts and agreements; Principals corporate documents update upon requirements of Russian legislation; Handle claims, litigation issues, including drawing up and executing claims, complaints and other demands to third parties and state bodies; Provision of legal support to other departments of the Company within competence (HR, Finance, IT etc.) Other legal matters (meetings with customers, law projects discussions; contracts interpretation; statutory interpretation; etc.). Required background and experience: Core skills and competences, which might be considered as advantage (provision of examples by candidate is appreciated): University degree; Experience and expertise in legal support business with foreign element; Experience and expertise in legal support for forwarding and logistics business in international companies; Experience in legal negotiations with commercial companies, banks and state bodies on complex projects; Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial logistics companies and from 10 years general experience as lawyer obligatory; Knowledge of international Trade Law, Civil Law, Customs and Currency Law; Personal qualities: Strategic and analytical thinking; Strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of business processes; Strong team player with leadership potential; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Adaptability and high stress resistance; Good oral and written communication skills Fluent English, including legal and business terminology; Capable of managing projects independently We offer to you: Decent salary level; Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09-00 to 18-00 (1 hour lunch break), weekends: Saturday and Sunday Hybrid work schedule (office + home office); Voluntary medical Insurance and life insurance after successful completion of the probationary period (3 months); Mobile communication compensation; Additional vacation days; Office at the address: Fabrika Business Center, Moskovsky Ave., 140 k2, Moskovskie Vorota; Work in an international company in a team of strong professionals; Cosy and comfortable working environmentПохожие вакансии
