In case of improvements the business processes and strengthening the HR team we are looking for - HR Business Partner with next responsobilities (Location Zainsk): Administration of the payroll process. Participation in the development of motivational system for different categories of personnel. Calculation of bonuses, preparation of orders for bonuses, calculation of bonuses, coordination of documents with heads of departments. Preparation of monthly management reporting for personnel Labor market monitoring upon request (plan/fact analisys). Requirements: Master degree education (economics, mathematics, personnel management) Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits. Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and regulations on remuneration. Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, formulas). Analytical mind, accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility. Fluent English.
