• Ensure GE outage excellence & customer programs are developed & implemented during pre-outage phase & during outage onsite • Ensure compliance with EHS local laws & regulations • Participating / review JSA development for activities related to GE scope of work • EHS plan issue & EHS procedures gap analysis • Provide EHS support & supervision to operations during maintenance / service at the customer’s site as per to outage excellence standard • Participation in EHS dedicated meetings • Maintain updated EHs documentation during the project • Drive EHS performance metrics / improvement at the customer’s site • Promote EHS performance to customers & other interested parties such as contractors & workforce • Ensure effective working relationships with GE Oil & Gas EHS HQ staff, customers, contractors & governmental agencies on EHS issues • Organize trainings sessions to comply with defined training program • Maintain database showing current training • Organize detailed investigation & RCA in case of injury/accident/Near Miss • Manage / be involved in Permit to work (PTW) system • Check PPE compliance for GE & subcontractor personnel • Organize TBT prior & during shutdown • Log & maintain all environment, health, safety documents in preparation for audits / inspection etc.
