Yandex is looking for a Support Specialist to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback. You will be responsible for: Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via social networks; Making outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners; Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members; Gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams. You might be a fit if you have: Passion for helping and communicating with people; Good problem-solving and conflict management skills; Multi-tasking abilities; Experience as a customer support specialist or in a similar position; Strong writing and verbal skills in English and FRENCH (!). You should be able to write quickly and accurately. Benefits: Permanent, full-time job; Remote work; Working schedule: 2 days on/2 days off. The working hours are 19:00-07:00 (Moscow time).
