This includes an individual development plan and unlimited access to more than +20K learning modules & programs through Radisson Academy With us you will participate and live Responsible Business every day together with our team members in the hotel and in the local communities where we work on creating shared value, better futures and a better planet for all We have plenty growth and development opportunities within the Radisson Hotel Group You always can enjoy special rates for our team members, and friends and families while travelling and staying in our hotels What we expect from our HR Generalist As a HR Generalist, you infuse our team with a unique blend of strategic vision, a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, and an unwavering dedication to the personal and professional growth of our talented workforce. develops the hotel’s HR strategy in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives of the hotel; establishes at the property the RHG HR framework; develops a hotel succession plan, designing HR forms, documents and processes; develops employee policies in line with RHG guidelines; ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required; conducts trainings for manages in HR specialty areas (recruitment; effective roster costing; appraisals, etc.); owner of the Human Resources budget and training plan, where together with management, facilitates the evaluation of team performance; develops a reward and recognition system; performs the role of adviser, consultant and councilor to management and colleagues; develops strategies to prevent and correct operational problems relating to colleagues (including absenteeism, turn over, retention, morale etc.); establishes relationships with external organizations including government training agencies; provides advice to the Hotel Executive Committee which will assist in the meeting of strategic objectives; maintains remuneration scales in accordance with financial objectives; ensures comprehensive and regular colleagues communication sessions Qualifications we seek in our HR Generalist  higher education in Human Resources or Business Administration and 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, in the international hotel chain; communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others - therefore demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company; knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations; problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities; excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style; commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry; personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy; proficient use of Microsoft Office; good writing skills.
