We are looking to expand our international team by welcoming a Sales and Development Manager. Your responsibilities: analyze the travel and tourism market, our business opportunities on it, as well as competitors, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our product; search of potential customers; generate cold calls; signing contracts and controlling the first orders (it is necessary to ensure that the client did them); meet with customers face to face or over the phone; working and communication with finance team; attend professional seminars, conferences and events. Requirements: fluent English is a must B2 and higher; Experience in Travel and Tourism 5+ years; understanding the development trends of the industry and its individual participants; practical sales skills, the experience of cold and active sales, desire to develop in this sphere; ability to negotiate, either by phone or by personal contact; well-delivered and confident voice, literate speech and business writing; ability to systematize the information received; a confident PC user, practical skills in working with CRM.
