We are now searching for a technical support specialist (moderator) for our project communities. Our ideal mate: • Active on the Telegram and Twitter international game/ crypto communities • Worked with an international audience • Fluent in written English • Active user of social networks • Ready to work by shifts from 4 AM to 10 AM (GMT+3)Tasks to be solved: • Moderate the communities of SDO studio projects games • Maintain various activities to engage the audience • Communicate with community members, maintain a positive atmosphere, and work with negativity • Solve user technical issues with the help of the team • Give user feedback to the team • Interact with the moderation team and Community Manager What awaits you: • Remote work from anywhere in the world - the main thing is to have a stable Internet • Cool products with an international audience • Continuous development and support from the team.
