Обязанности:
Responsibilities: - Management of the administrative and economic activities of the production - Effective workforce management - Ensuring the effective use of fixed and working capital - Analysis of the work of production, identification of "bottlenecks", development and implementation of measures to eliminate them - Ensuring compliance with the requirements of standards, the system of labor safety standards, labor and production discipline. - Fulfillment of the planned production volumes in accordance with the approved plan, with the established quantitative and qualitative indicators, the lowest costs of labor, material and financial resources. Requirements: - Developed management skills - Analytical mindset, ability to adapt in a fast paced environment - English level - not lower than Pre-Intermediate, Turkish would be an advantage - At least 3 years of management experience in an industrial company. - User of MS Office, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage Conditions: Official employment in accordance with the LC RF; Work in a global company on an international scale; Salary is discussed at the end of the interview; VHI policy.Похожие вакансии
