Обязанности:
Service Engineer Medical Imaging Systems Responsibilities: Service revenue: maintain research on regional markets and industries, and promote service products to achieve annual service revenue goals; Service Channel Management: Technical support and service training for distributor engineers, delivery service policy to distributor. Service Delivery: Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) of regular service delivery base on customer segmentations and customer expectations. Develop and following pro-active service delivery model, including service weeks, service scanning, Customer visits, collecting Customer profiles, etc. Support sales department in service issues. Cooperation with sales and marketing departments. Daily work in CRM and others online platform system Requirements Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, biomedical engineering is preferred; Experience: more than 3 years of working experiences in service in medical equipment industry with Solid understanding about medical equipment industry Knowledge and skills: Good leadership, communication skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Comfortable with frequent travel; Adaptable to cross- culture environment; Good written and spoken English; Familiar with computer and office software.
