Responsibilities Sell drilling rigs to countries in Africa Conduct negotiations with African clients in English Process new leads, work with leads in CRM system Communicate with potential clients (calls, messengers, personal meetings in office) Arrange visits of African customers to the factory No "cold calls", all leads are incoming and "warm" Prepare supply contracts and other documents to support the deal Communicate with forwarders and monitor the deal until the product reaches the customer Make marketing videos and webinars to YouTube channel Take part in Expos (for example, Russia-Africa Forum) Requirements We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, thougtful and inquisitive person Gramatically correct English speech Fluent English Level of English: Upper-Indermediate, Advanced, Proficiency Experience in sales will be a plus (but not strictly compulsory) Enthusiasm in fulfilled work Desire to achieve big results High commitment, dedication and full immersion to assigned tasks You should be able to organize yourself, set priorities in your work and apply systematic approach Conditions BST is an international company with headquarters based in Russia, Chelyabinsk that has been supplying drilling rig to the markets of CIS, Europe, Africa, Latin America, Middle East for 7 years We are looking for a new person to our International Sales Department for the purpose to develop our business in new regions of Africa It is a full-time job and requires constant presence in office in the city of Chelyabinsk, remote option of work is not possible We are offering you a position in the dynamic and actively developing company, which has already gained good reputation worldwide As of today, BST has two own branches (Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire) and four authorized representatives (Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria) in Africa Your salary will consist of two parts: fixed part and percentage from sales (not limited) Comfortable office in the center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the Revolution Square Friedly team ready to help and support New employee will receive induction training on the product and sales techniques to African countries Manufacturing facilties (factory) are located in 5 minute walk from the office, communication between the office and the factory is simple and transparent BST is a factory, not a reseller, which allows to set good prices to customers and fix all issues related to the product in a quick and smooth manner Healthy sports environment in the office: table tennic, pull-up bar, sports competitions
